Improvements: Customer service, returns, partial refunds, emails and phone calls
One of the pieces had brown spots. I emailed and called several times since June 20th, 2023. However, no one has gotten back to me to rectify the issue. The customer service staff kept slow walking the resolution-it is one excuse after another.
