Fast, healthy... works in a pinch!I bought this at the beginning of the COVID crisis because I was having so much trouble finding organic rice at my grocery store.My little girl is a risotto fan - so I thought this could help greatly.Well, I was correct....ish.To be fair, it’s NOT a creamy risotto like some may anticipate, but rather more of a flavored rice. HOWEVER, I bring a cup of either chicken bone broth OR veggie broth to a boil then add the product and some grated veggies (think zucchini, carrots, chopped tomatoes, fresh basil) and grate some fresh Parmesan on top - voila - super fussy (fancy?) kid approved.Great in a pinch and I will re-order because this has saved me in lunch times on more than one occasion!Things to know - as a stand alone dish, meh.As a prepped dish with accoutrements- yay!

I have worked with food manufacturers and I know that products such as what I have ordered from you have a longer shelf live than Sept 2020. It's rice for goodness sake! This is my last order from you during the pandemic season I don't enjoy receiving old nearly outdated product priced as if cost of fresh products. I could get this from the dollar store at a much reduced price. Shame on you...
