Air-Fryed Garlic Ginger Chicken Thighs
Serving Size: 2-3 Servings
Prep Time: 35 Minutes
Total Time: 60 Minutes
Cook Time: 25 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 chicken thighs, with bone and skin
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper powder
- 1 tsp garlic ginger
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
Instructions:
- Mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, salt, white pepper powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and ginger powder ina bowl.
- Rub the mix well all over the chicken thighs and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Prehat the air fryer to 400F and once it is hot enough, transfer the chicken thighs skin down and cook for 12 minutes on each side until the center is cooked through.
Stir Fry Air-Fryed Tofu & Veggies
Serving Size: 2-3 Servings
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 20 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
Air-Fried Tofu
- 1 block of extra-firm Tofu
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
Stir Fry Sauce & Veggies
- 2 cups of Carrots
- 3 cups of Broccoli
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
- Press and cut tofu into cubes.
- Toss in sesame oil and soy sauce mixture.
- Coat evenly with cornstarch.
- Prehat the air fryer to 400F, add the tofu once it's hot, and set cooking time to 5 minutes.
- In a pan, add vegatable oil and wait until it's hot enough before adding the minced garlic.
- Once the garlic is fragrant, add carrots, broccoli, rice vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and sugar.
- Stir fry until everything is well mixed and add the air-fried tofu.
- Put water to cornstarch and mix well to create the cornstarch slurry then add it to the pan.
- Cover and let it cook for another 3 minutes.
- Uncover and let the water evaporate to desired consistency.
